We found through these websites that though the book contains good information about not gaining too much weight during pregnancy, the information can be found freely on the internet.
Some in the discussion forums, clearly reject the idea of using these programs to remain in shape. Instead, they recommend you consulting your obstetrician rather for guidance on the pregnancy diet. Though there is not much negative feedback about the book, you can find people rejecting the basic idea of the book and the price tag. You can find good discussion about the product here.
